The "Petite Magnolia Tree” package is our highest package. The Magnolia tree package includes the complete wedding package as well as the following: This package is for those who want a stress-free wedding experience; Let the professionals handle it, sit back, and enjoy the ride.

COORDINATOR CONTRACT SERVICES PROVIDED

PREPARATION FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY

 

  • Initial consultation to explain the planning and coordination process

  • Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contract

  • Planning sessions

  • Theme development

  • Advice on how to personalize your wedding

  • Budget creation and maintenance

  • Etiquette advice

  • Researching the latest trends and making recommendations

  • Styling your event with extra details

  • Will attend all vendor appointments/vendor management

  • Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify
    details of their services

  • Contact all vendors listed on the contract to finalize any monies due one week prior to the
    ceremony

  • Coordinate rehearsal

 

WEDDING DAY

  • Unlimited hours of service on your wedding day

  • Coordinate and provide a schedule of the day’s festivities

  • Manage wedding vendors per your instructions – The coordinator will be available in person or by telephone during the entire wedding day to assist vendors with any problems or questions

  • Manage wedding party during pictures and scheduled events at reception

  • Manage vendor and decor setup at ceremony and reception site

  • Facilitate the wedding ceremony

  • Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

  • Oversee ushers, priests/pastors, and bridal party

  • Properly line up processional and cue musicians

  • Set up details - for example-place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass, and serving
    set per your instructions

  • Bustle bride’s gown

  • Food and beverages will be delivered to bridal party if needed

  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements / events during reception

  • Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances

  • Return any personal or rented items to their owners

  • Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise

  • Make sure you and your family don't have to worry about a thing that day!

WEDDING DAY PREPARATIONS

THIS INCLUDES:​

  • Rehearsal: A scheduled rehearsal time for your exclusive use.

  • Bridal Suite: All day use of our charming and comfortable bridal suite with well-lit dressing stations, beautiful hanging area and hangers for gorgeous dress pictures, refrigerator, microwave, stocked with wine, snacks and a gorgeous view!

  • Groom Suite: All day use of our rustic and masculine groom’s suite, complete with refrigerator and microwave, full bathroom including shower and linens. Grooms are happy to find the refrigerator stocked with their favorite beverages and plenty of snacks on hand. The groom and his men will be happy to pass the day fishing in our stocked pond or lounging around and enjoying the views.

  • Pictures: Use of the venue and grounds for engagement pictures, bridal pictures, and day of wedding pictures. The property is a photographers dream come true. You may take pictures under the oaks in front of the farm house, or in any of the pastures on the property. Don't bother the bull and he won't bother you!

  • The main reception area and ceremony area are available all day for your florist and planners to turn into your special dream come true!

CEREMONY

CEREMONY LOCATION:

  • Indoor: Take a walk down the staircase and then the aisle to your beautiful ceremony in front of the twenty-eight-foot brick replace with the old cypress mantle. What a beautiful backdrop for your wedding come rain or shine!

  • Outdoor: Choose the chapel, an oak tree, the pond, or the main venue as the backdrop for your own unique ceremony. 

OUTDOOR CEREMONY SETTING: 

 

  • Six beautiful antique church pews will seat your closest family members while other friends and family will sit on the vintage shaker style wooden benches. The trees surrounding the pavilion and pond are beautifully lit to add an extra special touch as the sunlight fades.

RECEPTION

Guest are in awe as they enter the front doors of The White Magnolia and get their first glimpse of the night of your life. Your wedding package includes use of the entire venue from 8am-end of reception (3 hours after ceremony ends) 

The following are also included:

  • Balcony overlooking reception area where guests can view the festivities from above.

  • Round tables and wooden cross back chairs to seat 285

  • Tall Wooden Tables with tall wooden cross back chairs

  • Fine china, stemware, silverware and napkins with all packages.

  • Round Tables and rectangle tables for caterers

  • Stage for band

  • 12 foot bar

  • Fireplace with gas logs burning for winter weddings

  • Both side porches have two sets of doors which fold back flat to create an indoor/outdoor atmosphere.

  • Porches include locking shades to be closed during inclement weather

  • Porches will be heated during inclement weather and include ceiling fans during the spring and summer.

  • Plates and utensils included in catering package

  • Champaign and flutes included in bridal toast

  • Caterers will cut the cake for no additional charge.

We are committed to creating a memorable experience for you and your guests. We provide beautifully presented, great tasting food, along with the highest standard of service.

PRICING

The "Petite Magnolia Tree" Wedding package including full catering and all of the above amenities for up to 50 people. (6 and under are free)


Friday and Sunday: $20,500.00
Monday- Thursday: $17,500.00

NOT OFFERED ON SATURDAY


Low Season: July and August: 10% Discount off base package price.

Per person stays the same.

51-75 guests - add $65.00 per person

20% taxable resort fee and 7.95% tax added to your total
