The Magnolia Seed, Magnolia Flower, and Magnolia Tree package include the following.

Wedding day preparations

  • Rehearsal: A scheduled rehearsal time for your exclusive use, our coordinator will be there to ensure the rehearsal will flow seamlessly.

  • Bridal Suite: All day use of our charming and comfortable bridal suite with well lit dressing stations, beautiful hanging area with hangers for those gorgeous dress pictures, refrigerator,  stocked with champagne and flutes and a full catered lunch with a gorgeous view!

  • Groom Suite: All day use of our rustic and masculine Groom's suite, complete with a stocked bar, full bathroom including a custom shower and linens. The guys can expect to a full catered lunch to go along with the stocked bar. The groom and his groomsmen will be happy to pass the day fishing in our stocked pond, playing yard games, or lounging around and enjoying the views. 

  • Pictures: Use of the venue and grounds for engagement pictures, bridal pictures, and day of wedding pictures. The property is a photographers dream come true. You may take pictures under the oaks in front of the farm house, or in any of the pastures on the property. Don't bother the bull and he won't bother you! Be sure to check out our rentals page, too!

  • The main reception area and ceremony area are available all day for your florist and planners to transform the space into your special dream come true! 

Ceremony Sites

  • Outdoor: The pavilion by the pond is included in your wedding package. The pavilion includes a beautiful ancient archway framed in linens to create the perfect backdrop for your special ceremony. 

  • Outdoor Ceremony Seating: Four beautiful antique church pews will seat your closest family members while other friends and family will sit on the vintage shaker style wooden benches. The trees surrounding the pavilion and pond are beautifully lit to add an extra special touch as the sunlight fades.

  • Indoor: The 28 foot brick fireplace makes a beautiful backdrop for an indoor wedding. Line up the chairs to form an aisle, and descend our beautiful stair case. Rest assured that rain or shine, your ceremony will be perfect. Grab a drink and watch our guys flip the venue to the reception in just 10 minutes.

Reception Hall

  • Available until 11pm. $250 per hour, every hour after 11pm for an after party

  • Round tables and wooden cross back chairs to seat 285 guests

  • White Fine china, Silverware, Stemware, and Napkins included with Catering. 

  • Ivory Linens for all tables

  • Tall Wooden Bistro Tables with tall, wooden cross back chairs

  • Stage for band

  • 12-foot beverage bar with attendant

  • Central heat and air

  • Fireplace with gas logs burning for winter weddings

  • Both side porches have two sets of doors which fold back flat to create an indoor/outdoor atmosphere

  • Porches will be heated during inclement weather and include ceiling fans during the spring and summer

Full Service Catering

  • Please refer to our catering page to view menu options.

  • 3 hours of service with additional hours available at $1,500 per hour.

  • All menu choices must be finalized at least 3 weeks prior to your event.

  • Caterers will cut the cake at no additional charge.

  • Plates and utensils included.
     

All of our packages require an additional 20% taxable gratuity  and an 7.45% sales tax added to your total.

The Magnolia Seed

This package is our most basic package and contains all of the above. It is complete with your own personal wedding coordinator who will see to it that the rehearsal, ceremony and reception proceed according to your plans and will free the bride and her family from any organizational worries during your special evening. She will arrive three hours before the event and will stay an hour after your event. Extra Hours are available at $35.00 per hour. ​

  • Friday and Sunday: $14,400.00

  • Monday-Thursday: $13,000.00

The Magnolia Flower

This package is our middle package and contains all of the above. You also have access to our beautiful array of brass candle sticks and gold lanterns.  This package includes our month of wedding planner with years of experience. A consultation with her and the team will be set up to cover the all the last minute details. Below you'll find an extensive list of what to expect from our top notch coordinators:

  • Vendor information and expectations are discussed.

  • Checklist formed of things to be handled before the big day.

  • Appropriate time parameters set to execute the Bride's vision.

  • Conduct the rehearsal, ceremony and reception set up​​.

  • Facilitate a successful wedding ceremony by ensuring all is in order.

    • Items necessary to conduct the ceremony.​

    • Oversee ushers, officiants, bridal party and family.

    • Properly line up processional and cue musicians.​

  • Bustle Bride's gown for reception.

  • Delivery of final payments/tips to your vendors.

  • Ensuring all personal or rented items returned to owners.

  • Prepared to meet any emergency situations that may arise.

  • Coordinate all events and entertainment at reception.

  • 6 hours of coordinating is included

    • additional hours at $35.00 per hour​

The Magnolia Tree

This package is our premium package, contains all of the above, includes decor rentals and a free stay in our honeymoon cottage! Designed for those who desire a stress free wedding. Leave it to the professionals and enjoy your season of engagement. This package will take your experience with our wedding planner to the next level. From the date the contract is signed, you will have unlimited phone/email communication and unlimited planning sessions. Your coordinator will be able to assist you with creating budget, wedding etiquette, event style and advice on how to personalize your wedding.

  • Unlimited hours of service on wedding day.

  • Creation and adherence to a schedule of the day's festivities.​

  • Manage vendor and decor set up at ceremony and reception sites.

  • Vendor Communication​

    • Attendance of all vendor appointments

    • Verify details of their services two weeks prior.​

    • ​Verify monies due one week prior​

  • Facilitate a successful wedding ceremony by ensuring all is in order.

    • Items necessary to conduct the ceremony.​

    • Oversee ushers, officiants, bridal party and family.

    • Properly line up processional and cue musicians.​

  • Bustle Brides's gown.

  • Food and beverage delivery to bridal party.

  • Coordinate all events and entertainment at reception.

  • Delivery of final payments/tips to vendors.
