WHAT'S INCLUDED
Day of Wedding Coordinator will see that the rehearsal, ceremony and reception proceed according to your plans and will free the bride and her family from any organizational worries during your special evening. She will arrive three hours before the event and will stay an hour after your event to pack up all of the brides personal items.
Venue Access beginning at 8am for getting ready until end of reception. Reception is 3 hours,
additional hours may be purchased at an hourly rate for food, bar, and venue staffing.
Catering Included: 5 items from catering menu below (2 specialty items & 3 hot/cold),
punch, and water for 100 guests. (priced per person above 100 guests)
Reception Space: Includes tables, chairs, table linens, glassware, flatware, white china, & linen
napkins.
Staffing: Day of coordinator, venue setup, parking attendant, security, all catering staffing &
cleanup staff.
Open Air Chapel: Space for ceremony with sound system.
Courtyard for cocktail hour use and great photo ops.

We offer both petite and traditional size wedding packages to accommodate a wide range of budgets. Our guests have the exclusive use of the entire venue grounds starting at 8 am until the end of reception, enjoying our landscaped courtyard with and fountain, fire bowls, lounge seating, and cocktail time for the reception. Bridal parties are able to relax in our Bride and Groom suites, and the Groom and his guests can enjoy our stocked pond, gaming area, and fire pit. Our open air chapel is perfect for your ceremony, with church pews, a sound system, and beautiful views. Our packages include 3 hours of full reception catering of 5 foods items & a charcuterie display. Complimentary use of our beautiful tables, chairs, linens, china, stemware, cake stand, and cutting & serving the bride and grooms cake.
