VENDOR CONTRACT
Spring Market at The Farm May 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 2026.
The White Magnolia presents Market at The Farm, located at The White Magnolia, 75912 Highway 1053 Kentwood, LA.
The dates of the show are FRIDAY, May 1st, from 3 pm to 6:30 pm, SATURDAY, May 2nd, from 9 am to 5 pm, and SUNDAY May 3rd, from 10 am to 4 pm. The show is juried and MUST meet the requirement of being vetted by the owners of the show. All spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
NO SPACE WILL BE HELD WITHOUT CHECKING THIS CONTRACT AND PAYING IN FULL FOR YOUR BOOTH.
Payment is due in Full to reserve your booth space. Since booth rental paid by the vendor is used to promote the Market and build out tent structures, ** PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
SHOW SET-UP
THURSDAY, April 30th, from 7:30 am TO 8:30 pm *We will have food available for sale by White Magnolia Catering, so you will not have to leave the property during setup. All booths must be set up in their entirety by 2:00 pm on Friday, May 1st, 2026
SHOWS HOURS & ADMISSION
Friday, May 1st - 3 pm - 6:30 pm General Admission $25.00
Saturday, May 2nd - 9 am – 5 pm General Admission $15.00
Sunday, May 3rd - 10 am - 4 pm General Admission $15.00
LOAD OUT
No vendor may pack out prior to the close of the show. You will receive load-out instructions at check-in.
MERCHANDISING
VERY IMPORTANT: ALL SPACES MUST BE STYLED AND MERCHANDISED TO PRESENT AN ATTRACTIVE CREATIVE DISPLAY.
All table top displays must be merchandised & creatively displayed and not simply placed upon a table. Market at The Farm reserves the right to demand removal by the exhibitor of any merchandise or booth display that is not in keeping with show standards. We will allow the use of tabletops provided that the tables are covered to the floor with an appropriate table covering. The table must be completely covered. Simply throwing a sheet or other material across the table is not acceptable. The covering must present a professional display.
PRICING & MERCHANDISE SALES RECEIPTS
Vendor agrees to tag all merchandise and to provide a sales receipt to the customer for all merchandise sold.
INSURANCE
The White Magnolia and Market at the Farm do not provide insurance that specifically covers the vendors assets and their employees. YOU WILL NEED GENERAL LIABILITY OR WORKMANS COMP IF YOU HAVE ANY EMPLOYEES
BOOTH SPACES & RENTAL
*There are no walls. You may build out your space, but please stay within your space. NO SPACE WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION, CHECKING THAT YOU APPROVE THIS CONTRACT, AND PAYMENT IN FULL. Request for sharing of space must be approved, and both parties must submit an application/contract. This policy will be strictly enforced.
ELECTRICAL
Electricity is provided. Vendors are responsible for providing extension cords and all cords should be approved by electrical industry standards. All cords must be placed so as not to cause a trip hazard. Vendors are responsible for disconnecting cords at the close of the show each evening. Please place cords inside the space. Maximum Wattage is 500 watts.
PORTERS
Porters will be available for unloading and loading, and is at the exhibitor’s own risk. The White Magnolia, Market at the Farm, or employees will not be liable for any damage claim. PLEASE TIP YOUR PORTERS APPROPRIATELY!
LOUISIANA SALES TAX
Each vendor is responsible for collecting sales tax during the show. Local sales tax is 8.5%.
HOLD HARMLESS: The White Magnolia, Market at The Farm, or employees shall not be liable for any property damage, theft, or personal injury to vendor, its agents, employees, or guests which may occur about or upon any part of the premises regardless of how such injury or damage may occur. Vendor agrees to waive any claim, including legal fees, against The White Magnolia and Market at the Farm, the property owners, its agents, or employees as a result of such property damage, theft, or injury. Applicant agrees to hold harmless, The White Magnolia and Market at the Farm, the property owners, its agents, or employees for any dispute, or lawsuit for any item sold, traded, or transferred, or in any manner exchanged during, or, as a result of this show.
DEFAULT: In the event of default of any terms of the contract by applicant, The White Magnolia and Market at the Farm shall not only be entitled to compensation damages, but to any and all costs included, but not limited to attorney fees.
CANCELLATION: The White Magnolia and Market at the Farm may cancel this agreement at any time by written notice to the Applicant. If The White Magnolia or Market at The Farm cancels the contract, the fees paid by Applicant shall be returned and Applicant waives any rights to damages beyond the application fees paid at the time of cancellation.
APPLICABLE LAW: Parties agree that this application and contract shall be interpreted and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Louisiana.
The White Magnolia and Market at The Farm & THE UNDERSIGNED APPLICANT agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement for the purpose of displaying and selling antiques/vintage items, or merchandise suited for a high quality event as outlined above:
