Where it all began...
While searching for the perfect venue, Callie couldn't find just what she had envisioned, so with the help of her mom Janet, they built her vision on their family owned horse and cattle farm. They became the mother, daughter duo that brought The White Magnolia to life, and in 2016, Callie became the very first bride at The White Magnolia. With Contractor Husband Charlie, Callie and Janet have added to the property every year since. We can't wait to have you as a Magnolia Bride!!

Just an hour from the North Shore, South Shore, and Baton Rouge, our 110 acre farm is a hidden gem with the complete package for your wedding day.
We offer both petite and traditional size wedding packages to accommodate a wide range of budgets. Our guests have the exclusive use of the entire venue grounds starting at 8 am until the end of reception, enjoying our landscaped courtyard with and fountain, fire bowls, lounge seating, and cocktail time for the reception. Bridal parties are able to relax in our Bride and Groom suites, and the Groom and his guests can enjoy our stocked pond, gaming area, fire pit, and pickleball court. In addition, you will find 10 beautiful guest cottages available to rent, a playset for the kiddos, a pool, and the newest addition, Magnolia Sips which is a poolside bar & bistro, perfect for relaxing before or after your big event.
Our open air chapel is perfect for your ceremony, with church pews, a sound system, and beautiful views. Our packages include 3 hours of full reception catering of 5 foods items & a charcuterie display. Complimentary use of our beautiful tables, chairs, linens, china, stemware, cake stand, and cutting & serving the bride and grooms cake.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Day of Wedding Coordinator will see that the rehearsal, ceremony and reception proceed according to your plans and will free the bride and her family from any organizational worries during your special evening. She will arrive three hours before the event and will stay an hour after your event to pack up all of the brides personal items.
Venue Access beginning at 8 am for getting ready until end of reception. Reception is 3 hours,
additional hours may be purchased at an hourly rate for food, bar, and venue staffing.
Catering Included: 5 items from catering menu below (2 specialty items & 3 hot/cold),
punch, and water for 100 guests. (priced per person above 100 guests)
Reception Space: Includes tables, chairs, table linens, glassware, flatware, white china, & linen
napkins.
Staffing: Day of coordinator, venue setup, parking attendant, security, all catering staffing &
cleanup staff.
Open Air Chapel: Space for ceremony with sound system.
Courtyard for cocktail hour use and great photo ops.
Preferred Vendor List: Exclusive access to our list of tried and true preferred vendors.
